UppSales is an order collection app developed by Weblink Srl, an Italian software house based in Varese, Italy. It is designed specifically for sales agents: single-, multi-firm and representative agencies, who collect orders in the field during customer visits.
Operation always starts with the price list in Excel: it is imported into the app in seconds and becomes the catalog from which to collect orders. Reserved prices, dedicated price lists and discounts at various levels are configured for each customer: by product, by category or by supplier. The system automatically applies the right conditions to each order, without manual calculations.
If the supplier provides the catalog in digital PDF format, it can be uploaded to the app and linked to the products in the price list: during visits, the product codes on the PDF pages become clickable and add the product to the cart directly. Those who do not have a digital catalog work from the app catalog, even showing the customer a paper catalog.
UppSales is available on iOS, Android, Windows, Mac, and web browsers. Data automatically synchronizes between all devices. The basic plan starts at €7 per month per agent with annual payment. Free trial lasts 15 days on the full version, no credit card required.
